File Specifications

Guidelines for digital file submission

Accepted applications:
Quark Express 4, 5, 6
Adobe Pagemaker 5, 6, 7
Adobe Illustrator 9, 10, CS
Freehand 7, 8
Adobe In-Design 2, CS
Adobe Photoshop 7, CS
Adobe Acrobat PDF (high resolution only)

All images should be either .tif or .eps format.
Resolution: 240-300 dpi (240 for uncoated paper, 300 for coated)
Color images must be CMYK (4-color process)
Spot color jobs must be tagged with Pantone Spot colors in the layout program.
If there are bleeds, make sure artwork extends 1/8 inch from the edge of the document.
Please be sure the following are included: Layout file, all fonts used, and all images placed or imbedded.
